Boston, MA. Joey Cancelmo, Chef, entrepreneur, food-trend-setter, world traveler and owner of Voyageur Tours is set to host "The Taste Of Positano" at his pub-style restaurant, Squire White’s.

The Worcester-based eatery, is located at 347 Greenwood Street. Doors open at 12 noon, tickets are $50 per person, including a full course dinner buffet, and beverages not included. For tickets call (508) 752-7544.

For the event, Executive Chef Cancelmo welcomes, Executive Chef Vincenzo Sorrentino of Ristorante Mediterraneo, Positano, Italy (& (Chefs Lizia & Luca Perrone of Taverna degli Apostoli, Amalfi, Italy. The Italian team will prepare a one-of-a-kind Mediterranean buffet lunch including stuffed and fried pasta, Risotto Al Limone, Bass on lemon leaves, roasted tenderloin, and Caprese cake, to name a fe

A Note On Squire White’s

Squires, known for it's triple lobsters, is hitting the high mark on the culinary charts. With a slant to Bistro, and yet maintaining it's pub-style roots, the menu includes seared Mahi Mahi with a citrus Buerre Blanc and Pumpkin Risotto, Braised Short Ribs served in a veal reduction. All foods are made on the premise and can be traced to Cancelmo’s roots. A mix of Italian, France and Greece traces his roots, while his love for food working at "Chacuterie su Gourmand" at 12 years old in Cannes France. Throughout the years he kept his hand in the food industry, leadin up to his recent purchase of Squire White's Pub 2 years ago. His commitment to cooking good food continues.
