Bride decks can be equipped with individual strips or complete surface coverage utilizing 4' x 60' carpet rolls. (240 sq. ft.)

REFLECTIVE AND NON REFLECTING

According to intended applications, Road Carpet offers two versions of carpet, reflecting and non reflecting.

Reflective
Glass beads are inserted during the manufacturing process allowing the carpet to be "Reflectorized" at night.

Natural stone characteristics protect reflectability
Unlike other reflective substrates that wear off over time, reflective beads are imbedded in a PVC binder and further protected by the surrounding stones of the carpet.

Yellow pre-colored stone provides an extra margin of visibility where needed.
Non Reflective
A naturally colored stone is considered non reflective.
, there for providing its intended anti-skid characteristics according to its application.
Paint - color
Road Carpets characteristics allow it to be painted, and striped identically as any street application. Both natural stones and PVC bider hold and preserve the painted surface.
Wear characteristics
Road Carpet utilizes Bohixi type stones. Stones of this nature are extremely durable and provide the right amount of anti-skid properties. Because most surfaces that come in contact with the carpet are of lesser strength, it allows the stone a remarkable duration.

Testing
RC-BX-03 and RC-BX-04 have less than 1% granular loss per one million vehicles.
ADHESION

PVC binder provides excellent adhesion characteristics allowing polyurethane and Hot Bituminous to bond permanently to its surface.

ADHESIVES - Two types
Polyurethane - features

Industrial strength interior and exterior polyurethane adhesive can be applied to most all surfaces including: PVC, rubber, concrete, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, sandstone, asbestos and rigid foam.

Hot Melt - features

A bituminous base adhesive that is used when installing on asphalt.
Installation
Utilizing spreader or trowel, disburse evenly over application area.
Unroll carpet and let cure.

Road carpet presents itself as a 1 meter wide by 10 meters long surface cover that looks like a freshly graveled road without dirt.
Road carpet has 6 different stone choices in a choice of colors offering specific solutions to problem or needed areas.
Carpet joining techniques
Overlapping Joining Seal
Utilized when joining carpets together with a 2 cm extended PVC rib without stones.
Point to point seal
A 10 cm PVC strip is used for point to point sealing
Protection Seal method for Joining two Concrete Beams:
Road carpet with no reinforcement is utilized
Steel grid and solid rod prevent concave joint
Road carpet is glued to Neodyl and main support
